Another meditation painting. At the risk of sounding like a pompous know-it-all (which I am absolutely not), the benefit of meditation is that it allows you practice putting space in between stimulus and response, between action and reaction. Inside this space, you can take notice of the habits and conditioning that previously held you captive. In this space you can then decide to break from the habits and conditioning and choose a new path.
